How to Download Your Photos
Your gallery, saved to your device in a few easy steps.
8 Easy Steps

Open your gallery
Tap or click the gallery link I sent you.

Click “Select Photos”
It’s at the top right of your gallery.

Click “All”
It’s at the top left. Every photo is now selected.

Click “Download”
Back at the top right.

Enter your email address
Zenfolio will email you a download link.

Watch for the email
It usually comes quickly. Big galleries can take a little longer.

Click the link in the email
Your photos download as one ZIP file.
8
Unzip the file
This opens the ZIP so you can see your photos. See how for your device below.

How to Unzip Your Photos
Windows
Right-click the ZIP file, then choose Extract All.
Mac
Double-click the ZIP file.
iPhone
Open the Files app and tap the ZIP file.
Android
Open your Files app, tap the ZIP file, then tap Extract.
