At Broadcast Pro Photo, every image is a handcrafted, premium work of art created exclusively for the marketing of your luxury property. All photographs remain the intellectual property of the photographer, protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

🏡 Short-Term Rental Usage Included

Your purchase includes a high-end commercial license designed specifically for promoting the property within the scope selected at the time of your session. For short-term rental shoots, this license covers marketing the home as a vacation rental on:

  • Airbnb
  • VRBO
  • Booking platforms
  • Social media
  • Your rental website

This license applies only to promoting the home as a short-term rental.

🏷️ Real-Estate / MLS Usage Not Included

Because real-estate advertising is a separate commercial category, the standard short-term rental license does not cover any of the following uses:

  • 📍 MLS listings
  • 🏷️ Realtor or broker marketing
  • 🏘️ Zillow, Redfin, or other real-estate portals
  • 📰 Printed or digital sales materials

These uses require an upgraded MLS Usage License.

🔄 Reverse Usage Also Requires Licensing

When a home is photographed exclusively for MLS or real-estate sale, that license is limited to property-sale marketing only.

If the property is later converted into a short-term rental, a separate Short-Term Rental Usage License is required before the images can be used on:

  • Airbnb
  • VRBO
  • Booking platforms
  • Rental websites
  • Short-term rental advertising

Each usage category requires its own license to preserve exclusivity, quality control, and full copyright compliance.

🚫 No Transfers or Third-Party Use

Images may not be shared or transferred to:

  • Realtors or brokers
  • Builders or contractors
  • Stagers or designers
  • Management companies
  • Any other third party

without proper written licensing. Unauthorized use violates U.S. Copyright Law.

🌟 Portfolio Rights

Broadcast Pro Photo proudly retains the right to feature selected images in:

  • Website galleries
  • Portfolio collections
  • Branding and promotional materials
